Each Volunteer will need to send me the following information via email:

**First & last name, Email, Phone #, Address, DOB, Shirt Size, and Emergency Name and number

Baggage Check:

  • Take athlete's bag and athlete's "baggage" bib tag on the top of their bib and attach the tag to their bag
  • Organize bags in chronological order
  • After athletes finish, they will come back to pick up their bag - be sure their bib # matches the # on the baggage tag that is attached to the bag

The American Liver Foundation is a nonprofit, national voluntary health organization dedicated to the prevention, treatment, and cure of hepatitis and other liver diseases through research, education, and advocacy on behalf of those affected by or at risk of liver disease. Our mission is to facilitate, advocate and promte, education, support and research for the prevention, treatment and cure of liver diseases.

Description

The Connecticut Division of the American Liver Foundation (ALF) is dedicated to addressing the needs of people in all counties within the state through education, advocacy and support. Our programs and services include support groups; information and referral; and educational seminars for patients and their families. In order to provide services and fund life-saving research, the Division hosts a variety of events and campaigns. These campaigns include our signature fund raising event; Flavors of Connecticut, Liver Life Walk, and our annual Memorial Golf Classic. Our educaitonal programs include the Love Your Liver Youth Education Program, Treatment Choices Initiative speakers bureau for those at risk or have Hepatitis C and many others.
