We are in need of volunteers with their own vehicles to help transport animals to adoption events, fundraisers, vet visits, groomers, etc.
Adoption Events are held at local pet stores. Volunteers can set dates that work around their schedules, during the week or weekends, during the day or evening.
Must be able and willing to transport pets in own vehicle and chaperone events.
We also have opportunities for non-drivers but really need drivers to help transport our animals so that we can hold these events. Without our animals present, we have no events.
Training will be provided on handling pets.

New Beginning Animal Rescue, Inc., formerly known as NYC’s Top Dog, is a non-profit organization and animal shelter in Bronx, NY, that prides itself in its dedicated to pet adoption and its "no-kill" policy. The organization is the only one that exists in the Bronx and is volunteer-based. The shelter takes in unwanted, abandoned, abused, and stray animals, and finds suitable homes for each of them. The shelter also helps better the community with programs that help the homeless, troubled teens, and young students.
