Troop Volunteers share in the fun and excitement as girls experience new challenges. Supportive women and men volunteers work with troops to help girls learn new skills, explore new adventures, make new friends and create memories that will last a lifetime.

As a Girl Scout volunteer, you will enable girl to discover a world full of fun experiences and new activities, build confidence and explore her interests in a safe, all-girl environment. With a volunteer, she can go as far as her imagination will take her (and you can be there, right by her side).

Be the troop leader that supports her every week--the one that watches her smile get bigger as she grows more confident. Mentor a Girl Scout troop during cookie season and help them reach their goals. Or work with other adults to provide the kind of behind-the-scenes support that makes it possible for Girl Scouts to make amazing new memories.

Whether you can give a few hours, a few weeks, or a few months, volunteering with Girl Scouts is flexible and fun.
