Love kids? You can help children and their families or foster families by becoming licensed to provide short-term care (aka respite) for children enrolled in behavioral health services.

Respite provides a brief, planned break for children and their caregivers. A typical stay for a child receiving respite is 1-3 days (usually over a weekend), and respite providers will recieve reimbursement to use towards planning fun activities and outings for the kids and cover the cost of meals.

For more information on Devereux's Respite Program, contact us at outreachaz@devereux.org or visit www.DevereuxAZ.org.
