Habitat for Humanity of Trenton is looking for a Spanish speaking homeowner interested in volunteering as a coach. The volunteer would be matched with a newly accepted Partner Family, who they would then help lead through the Habitat Trenton process before they move into their homes. Volunteers would be required to come with their Partner Family, once a month for six months, to our six Homeowner eduction classes and be avaliable to answer questions and guide their Partner Family towards their goal for the rest of the time. The time commitment is only a couple of hours a month, but the entire process lasts about 2 years.

Habitat for Humanity of Trenton presents the opportunity for people of compassion to provide the capital and skills needed to help families without adequate housing to renovate or build decent homes at an affordable price. We are committed to working with, and not for, people by using the principles of Habitat for Humanity International. Habitat for Humanity of Trenton has three areas of focus: Home Construction, ReStore retail, and the East Trenton Center, which includes a food pantry and the Learning Lab, an afterschool program.
