Run register when items sold, check frig & freezer temps & log. Check food items for expirations & pull items when needed. Track & communicate when supplies are low. Help organize inventory to make appealing.
Currently gift shop is open 2-3 days a week. I am looking to expand the hours & number of days it is open.
