United By DNA is developing the following programs:
- Global Citizenship Program
This program is focused on tutoring elementary, middle and high school students in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on Global Citizenship (a priority of the United Nation's Global Education First Initiative)
- Peacebuilding Research, Policy Formulation and Advocacy Program
Through this program, United By DNA undertakes research, formulates policies and performs advocacy on matters related to sustainable peacebuilding.
- Good Deeds Program
The Good Deeds programs aims to encourage impact based volunteering. It aims positively reinenforce volunteering by associating immediate impacts with volunteering. This program focuses on short term projects that results in immediate positive impacts that can be easily perceived or measured.

We are seeking to develop a presence in University Of Wisconsin, Madison and need volunteers from that community to help build our presence in University Of Wisconsin, Madison.
Role Summary:
As a project coordinator, you be part of a team that help manage our outreach efforts in the University Of Wisconsin, Madison .
Candidate Profile:
We seek candidates with the following characteristics:
Results focused with an outstanding record of accomplishments and successful project execution.
Excellent project management and leadership skills. Experienced in building and managing strong teams. Ability to motivate and align people and resources towards organizational success.
Entrepreneurial, driven, passionate, ambitious and innovative with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and direction. Proactively take responsibility and ownership for assigned tasks and team members.
Excellent time management skills with ability to set priorities and manage multiple projects and teams.
Reliable and and dependable. Takes the fulfilment of a commitment seriously.
Altruistic and passionate about volunteerism, activism and leaving a mark on the world.
Aligned with the ideology of United By DNA.
