Back 2 School Illinois need volunteers to assist us with our annual Back 2 School "BIG" Distribution & Activity Day Event to be held Wednesday, August 12th at the Broadway Armory Park (5917 N. Broadway Ave). The event will take place in the main space of the armory.

We have approximately 175 two to three hour volunteer time slots to fill, beginning at 8:00am and running until 5:00p, You are more than welcome to sign up for more than one time slot .

Shifts are:

7:00am - 10:00am

8:00am - 10:00am

10:00am - 12:00pm

10:30am - 1:00pm

12:00pm - 2:00pm

1:00pm - 3:00pm

2:00pm - 5:00pm

In addition, there are two other volunteer opportunities at the Back 2 School Illinois office:

• Monday, August 10th, we are looking for 4 volunteers to assist with recieving and storing school supplies kit. We expect this to take approximately 3 hours.
• Tuesday, August 11th, we need 2-3 people to help us prepare for Wednesday's Distribution Day event.
