Broken Arrow Community Health Fair
Saturday, September 19, 2015
9 a.m.-12 p.m.
St. John Broken Arrow is joining forces with Broken Arrow Public Schools to present the Broken Arrow Community Health Fair. The event will be held Saturday, September 19 from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. outside the Broken Arrow Education Service Center/Performing Arts Center, 701 S. Main Street, in Broken Arrow. This fair will showcase the quality healthcare available to individuals and families in Broken Arrow and surrounding communities.
The American Heart Association will set up a table display at this health fair. We are looking for a couple volunteers to sit at the table and hand out our information materials to anyone that is interested. St. John will provide breakfast to our booth workers. We need you to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the health fair to set up the table and stay at least 15 minutes after to pack up. The materials will need to be picked up at our Tulsa office the day before: 2227 E. Skelly Dr., Tulsa, OK 74105. Please also be sure to bring them back the day after.
If you are interested, please email me at sandy.mccammon@heart.org. Please include your phone number.
