We need reliable friendly adults to fill in for our receptionist at lunchtime. Duties include buzzing people into the building, greeting guests, receiving deliveries, answering the telephone and reserving meeting rooms and vehicles for staff. We'll provide plenty of training. You provide the smiles. Be part of a great team of staff.
Ideal volunteers will commit to one or more lunch shifts a week on consistent days. For example you'll commit to coming in every Tuesday from 11:30-1:30. Volunteers are asked to commit to this opportunity for 6 months. This opportunity can be combined with other opportunities in the donation room or in the offices. Volunteers may also be asked to cover vacation and illnesses of full time receptionist.
