We are looking for dynamic and resourceful individuals to join the SOUL Programs academic support team at HD Woodson High School.
Tutors on our academic support team will meet with our student-athletes Monday - Thursday for the 2015-2016 academic year. Tutors will assist our student-athletes with general homework support.

To support at-risk youth obtain educational excellence, using basketball as pedagogy for youth development. We accomplish this goal through the facilitation of academic workshops, one-on-one tutoring, exposure to new communities, and positive mentor support.
Description
Students Organized to Understand Leadership (SOUL) is a sports-based youth development program that collaborates with DC Public Schools and other community-based organizations to provide youth residing in DC’s Ward 7 with academic, athletic, character, and professional enrichment opportunities.
