Description
Milo McIver State Park is seeking special event volunteers to assist with the upcoming Exploring Vortex I: Music in the Park event on August 8. Special event volunteers are needed to help make this amazing event a success. Full and part day shifts are available between 2:00 - 9:00 p.m. Specific volunteer positions are listed below. All volunteers should be comfortable interacting with the public and be physically able to stand for longer periods of navigate over uneven terrain.
Volunteer positions include
- Parking and trail attendants
- Station hosts for a variety of event booths including hula-hoop, bubbles, t-shirt tie dye, and face painting
- Music stage hands,
- Interpretive and film tent host
- and many more fun opportunities.
