Cowgirl Spirit Equine Rescue is proud to be hosting its fourth annual benefit Prize Ride on August 16, 2015 at Bridle Trails State Park in Kirkland,
A Prize Ride is an organized trail ride with a marked route. Riders collect cards along the way from Cowgirl Spirit volunteers. At the end, the rider with the best "hand" wins. It’s a casual, easygoing ride - no racing or wild riding. "This has been a fun and successful fundraiser for us in the past, and we know it will be the same for this year" said Belinda Jensen, Vice President.
Volunteers are still needed to assist at the event to help with setup, registration, snack shack, staging areas along the trail, and tear down. Come enjoy time with wonderful people and horses on these beautiful trails and make some new friends while supporting this important local cause.
