Help Cancer Patients Look Good Feel Better During Treatment

Look Good Feel Better is a program that teaches female cancer patients beauty tips to feel better about how they look during chemotherapy and radiation treatments.
Licensed cosmetologists and estheticians volunteer to facilitate "Look Good Feel Better" group sessions - a two-hour, hands-on workshop that includes a 12-step skin care/make-up application lesson, demonstration of options for dealing with hair loss, and nail care techniques.
Training is provided for free by the American Cancer Society.
Free make-up kits are provided for each participant at the LGFB class.
Classes repeat monthly.
