LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS 55 PLUS
Board Legal Chair: this position must assure that this local community farm's Board gets useful legal perspective on wide range of issues that are of interest to the Board.
Responsibilities: Drafting or reviewing contracts, monitoring insurance coverage, advice on employment and other regulatory topics.
Requirements: This position requires a person who is an attorney licensed in MA, a good communicator, and a cooperative team-player.
Hours: Approx. 50 hours per year
