Eco-Cycle is excited to team up with the City of Westminster to go for Zero Waste at this year's Westy Fest & Craft Brew Fest!
Located in Westminster's City Park, Westy Fest is " a fun day of entertainment, arts and crafts, vendors, great food, and a variety of activities the entire family will enjoy!" This portion of the event will go from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Westy Craft Brew Fest is a three-hour long celebration of craft brews, and will take place at Christopher Fields Softball Complex, just a quick walk down the road from City Park.
Eco-Cycle would love YOUR help with ensuring that all attendees deposit their waste in the right place. In return, you'll receive complimentary food and drink. So come on out and join us for a fun day of peachy treats and environmental stewardship!
Volunteering at one of Eco-Cycle's events is fun and easy. You'll be one of our Zero Waste Station "Goalies," making sure that event-goers put all their waste in the right place. We ask volunteers to commit to at least one three-hour shift, but longer shifts are always an option!
This year, for every volunteer shift you complete, you'll be entered into a drawing to win a $50 gift card to your favorite local restaurant. We will be giving out two of these prizes at the end of the year, so join us as a volunteer at our next Zero Waste Event for your chance to win a delicious meal on us!
