Project Enye (ñ) is looking for a WordPress Webmaster. This is a unique opportunity to use your web and internet skills to make a lasting impact within our organization. As the webmaster, you will be responsible for ensuring that our website is updated, secure, easy to navigate, and addresses the needs of our audience.

Responsibilities:
* Update, back-up, secure, and manage the Project Enye (ñ) website
* Post new content, images, and videos as needed
* Manage WordPress updates, including updates to plugins and themes
* Customize and modify website design and menus
* Respond to website visitor feedback and comments
* Ensure that the website looks good and performs well on a multitude of browsers and platforms (Mac/PC and IE/Firefox/Safari/Chrome)
Preferred skills:
* Computer coursework
* Knowledge of WordPress, including theme and plugin customization and responsive design
* Helpful to know HTML, and JavaScript
* Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and Google Analytics highly desirable
* Strong English-language communication skills, both written and verbal; able to communicate clearly and professionally with a wide variety of people throughout the organization

Description
An "Enye (ñ)" is a first generation American born Latino who has at least one parent from a Spanish speaking country.
Project Enye (ñ) is an unorthodox, multi-platform documentary project about first-generation American born Latinos that uses cultural and familial stories to build community among this large and growing population. Each week, the filmmakers pre-release these documentary stories to their audience via multiple formats, including 3-5 minute video micro-docs, podcasts, blogs, social media and live community presentations. Each micro-doc showcases intimate, unscripted Enye stories and commentary that touch on topics ranging from identity and language to family and assimilation. Although story details vary, each segment reveals commonalities about the shared Enye experience in America that collectively defines this generation one story at a time.
