KidsFirst is hosting our 3 rd annual Denim & Diamonds, Kickin it Up for Kids Appreciation Event, Oct 28 that the Blue Goose Event Center in Loomis.
This committee will take the lead on marketing the event through various outlets; community calendars, distributing invitations, contacting media (print and radio) for support, and more. The perfect person for this committee will be creative, good at researching community calendars and media contacts, organized, articulate and personable. Approximately 4 hours per week.

KidsFirst is a counseling and family resource center that provides family support services. Our mission is to end child abuse and neglect. We have a vision that all children live in a safe, healthy, and nurturing home. We provide families with community resources and engaging programs, strengthening and empowering the families.
What does KidsFirst do?
- Coaches parents experiencing parenting or family challenges
- Enrolls children in low/no-cost health insurance
- Treats children who are victims of abuse or trauma
- Educates the community about how to keep children safe
- Provides information about the services available when difficulties arise
