Mission Statement

To provide an opportunity for everyone in the restaurant business to acquire a better understanding and greater expertise, through appropriate training and relevant exposure to the realities and standards of excellence, normative to successful and enduring restaurants.

Description

Whether new to the business or an established owner, involved in activities from the front door to the back door, the store room to the manager’s office, Atlanta Restaurant Association exists to reduce and eliminate failures and frustrations intendant upon the start-up and on-going operation of a restaurant.

We will target high school and collage young people who every year are actively recruited for entry positions in restaurants, facilitating work experience programs, Serve Safe training, and eventual job placement in positions that match both interest level and aptitude.

By tackling head-on specific industry wide and local topics of concern, we will sponsor/create a forum that provide networking, intelligent input, equipping owners and managers with options and potential solutions to known problems.
