On Kickoff Day, join the 24 middle school and high school teams who will compete in this year's game, Pay Dirt!! Learn about the game and get ready for some fun. Kickoff held at Princeton HS, Princeton, TX from 8 am to about noon on September 12.
Then on Game Day, you will act as the emcee to introduce the robotics teams during the opening ceremonies. The rest of the time the emcee will make announcements, give play by play details of each robotics match, and announce the awards at the conclusion of the competition. Game day occurs on Octber 24 at Prosper HS, Prosper TX. Hours posted in this opportunity.

Description
BEST (Boosting Engineering, Science and Technology) is a national program that conducts an organized robotics program with middle and high school students. Teams are organized geographically into "Hubs" consisting of at least eight schools. The BEST program is made possible through a collaboration of teachers, technical mentors, corporate and academic hub volunteers, and funding sponsors. Each hub depends on a business, university, or other organization willing to coordinate area teams.
The Collin County BEST (CoCo BEST) hub is licensed by Best Robotics, Inc.
