(1.Heritage Hospice is currently in need of volunteers to help our office staff. Our volunteers who help in the office can do many different activites including:
- Filing documentation
- Making copies for our Clinical Team Coordinators
- Assisting with mailings
- Sorting and organizing
We are looking for individuals who with a great eye for detail! If you feel this opportunity fits your interests, plese let us know!
(2.We could also use some volunteers who would like to visit with our patients. This is the best volunteer position you might every have. You will spend time with people on their final journey and learn about wonderful lives and fantastic experiences. Won't you join us?

Description
Heritage Home Healthcare & Hospice was founded to provide full service and high quality health care to patients and clients in their homes. Heritage Home Healthcare and Hospice is a Medicare/Medicaid certified, licensed, bonded and insured home healthcare agency. We provide a coordinated system of comprehensive, multidisciplinary health care services in a patients environment to promote, maintain and/or restore health, and minimize the effects of illness and disability on a per visit or continual care basis. Medical, therapeutic and hospice services are delivered by highly skilled registered nurses, therapists and home health aides. Personal care and companion services provided by trained homemakers and home health aides. Through feedback from the community and other quality assurance programs, our clinical staff provides the highest level of comforting care to all of our clients. Heritage Home Healthcare and Hospice has grown to include multiple offices serving Arizona and New Mexico. Founded in 1993 by Len and Liz Trainor of New Mexico, Heritage offers a coordinated system of healthcare in our client’s home. Services are designed to meet our client’s needs 24 hours a day seven days a week on a per visit or hourly basis. Heritage has knowledgeable management and professional staff that are committed to providing high quality and compassionate care for our clients and their families. Whether it is to prevent hospitalization, help clients recover from an illness or injury, or offer companionship and support to people and their families who are living with terminal illness, we offer a full range of services.
