2015 Walk With Me will be held on November 7, 2015 at Freedom Park. This walk brings the community together to show support for our children and adults living with disabilities. The day is filled with fun, food and laughter. There are lots of activities for the children, so the entire family can enjoy their day and show their support for Easter Seals UCP. We need lots of volunteers to help make this the best walk yet !!!

Easterseals UCP works side-by-side with adults and children who are managing disabilities and mental health challenges. We serve as nurse, a therapist, a social worker, a job counselor, a teacher, a psychologist, a caregiver and a compassionate friend all rolled into one. Our purpose is to help neighbors in need to achieve better days and live their best possible life.

Easter Seals UCP accomplishes our mission by:
- Providing the highest quality medical, rehabilitation and support services;
- Attracting and recruiting volunteers and staff who are enthusiastic, dedicated and passionate about the Easter Seals UCP mission;
- Utilizing our volunteer, staff and financial resources in the most efficient way;
