PLACEMENT PURPOSE
Assist Red Cross in delivering mission by educating community members, organizations, and agencies to prevent and prepare for emergencies.
OPEN TIME DAYS
Varies, dependent on presentation requests. Approximately 4 hours per presentation (includes travel, setup and presentation) Suggested presenting minimum of 4 times per year.
REQUIRED TRAINING* Region/Chapter Volunteer Orientation
* Disaster Services: An Overview (modules one and two)
* Regional Speakers Bureau classes
* Diversity Sensitivity and Awareness eLearning (recommended)
