WEAA Membership Drive Phone Operators will be located in "Membership Drive Central" (in the studio) to answer all incoming calls and take pledge information. Phone Operators are expected be able to write legibly in order to fill out the WEAA Membership Form asking all mandatory questions to get required information. Phone operators will also be asked to make follow-up calls to pledgers to verify information and thank them for their patronage.

Phone operators will work with the Pledge Room Producer/Director of Membership to make sure all information is processed correctly.
