Just Friends Match
Be a mentor and friend to a student with a developmental disability!

All teenagers need friends, but unfortunately, not everyone has one. Volunteer Mentors (ages 13-18) are needed to participate in a one-to-one mentoring & friendship relationship with another adolescent (ages 13-18) with a developmental disability. Make a new friend, help another teen develop social skills, make a difference in your community and in someone's life and get service hours doing activities you already enjoy like going out to eat, playing video games, attending sporting events and shopping! The process to become a Volunteer Mentor is: Complete and return a Volunteer Mentor Application Attend an individual interview Have 3 references complete a recommendation If you drive, request a DMV record check Attend one training session
