We're looking for a website manager who can check our website a few times a month and help us get more exposure and input. We are Bichon Rescue of Orange County www.bichonrescueoc.org. and our mission is to rescue and rehabilitate neglected abused or otherwise homeless Bichon Frises, and mixes and other small non shedding breeds, placing them into permanent, stable and caring forever homes.
We plan to adopt 50 pups per year and have just started last September. Our social media is the best way to get our name out there. Our Facebook and Petfinder pages and website are our target goals now to make them pop! We can provide all the content to you and we just need creative ideas or marketing ideas like videos or links that will draw more people to our site.
If you are a student or someone who loves pets, this would be great for you. It requires communication, you can work at home via email or text and no travelling is involved. We will give you a great reference on your resume and you will be a wonderful help to our organization.

Bichon Rescue of Orange County Seniors for Seniors is a non-profit organization dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of neglected, abused, or otherwise homeless Bichon Frises, Bichon mixes and other non-shedding, small breeds, placing these rescues into permanent, stable, and caring forever homes.
We believe in the value of our senior citizens as adopters and are committed to their advocacy and support.
We believe in promoting awareness of the need to spay and neuter pets, and of the importance of proper medical and nutritional care.
We believe in cultivating a volunteer spirit in our youth and educating them about the importance of pet advocacy.
Description
We are the only Bichon rescue in Southern California that is dedicated to placing senior pups with senior citizens as adopters or fosters. Our pups are often owner surrenders from homes where they can no longer be cared for. We also rescue senior pups from most local shelters. These pups are then transported from owner or shelter, to grooming, veterinary treatment, and foster care. Each pup is provided a strict regimen of veterinary procedures and nutritional support to ensure their health and adoptability.
