Harville Hendrix and Helen LaKelly Hunt - founders of Safe Conversations - will be speaking at MegaFest 2015 (see www.mega-fest.org). We need vibrant, energetic, hospitable volunteers to assist with greeting attendees, distributing handouts and collecting feedback during their presentation. There will be a 1/2 hour training via phone available Wednesday, Aug. 19 or Thursday, Aug. 20. More information for that call will be sent to volunteers.

Our mission is to distribute easily-understood conclusions of the relational sciences to couples, families, individuals, communities and organizations throughout the Dallas area.
Description
Relationship Education programs strengthen the family by teaching people how to succeed in their unions. Healthy couples create healthy families, which in turn nurture successful children who perform well in school. This ultimately creates healthier communities!
Safe Conversations(r) is based upon the most advanced psychological therapies - as well as the latest neurological research - to perfect and teach effective communication and the power of connection. To date, Safe Conversations workshops have served more than 1,400 couples (traditional, single-parent and same-sex), and their children, across the D/FW Metroplex.
