This is a chance to get to know the Cavanaugh Flight Museum's aircraft up-close and personal with a training session given by some of our most enthusiastic and knowledgeable volunteers. Tour guides who have a passion for aviation and warbirds are needed for groups aged 3-100! If you prefer or work better with a certain age range we will keep that in mind in attempts to suite volunteers with opportunites they can excel.

Mission Statement
The Cavanaugh Flight Museum is a non-profit 501(c)(3) educational organization devoted to promoting aviation studies and to perpetuating America's aviation heritage; the museum fulfills its mission by restoring, operating, maintaining and displaying historically-significant, vintage aircraft, and by collecting materials related to the history of aviation.
Description
The Cavanaugh Flight museum hosts a rare selection of aircraft ranging from WWI - Modern day. We use volunteers for our day-to-day duties, as well as air show travel and working on aircraft! Through various programs, the museum and it's volunteers share the wealth of history our aircraft represent and hold! Exhibited in the museum are not just replicas of planes, but are aircraft and machines that have actually seen war. To inspire others about keeping history alive we perform at airshows, local events, and have annual flying and speaking events to keep the public informed of our cause. With the museum becoming more and more popular, dedicated volunteers who can help continue to build programs, incorporate interactive learning, and use their expertise to create more avenues for us to Keep History Alive are weclcome to apply!
