PLACEMENT PURPOSE
Work with the Community Ambassador Chairperson, development staff to provide leadership for Red Cross Community Ambassadors who will help expand the face of the Red Cross by providing community education and public awareness of the organization’s programs and mission as well as to help recruit new volunteers, increase media coverage, and better fulfill requests for Red Cross presence at community events, check presentations, etc.
OPEN TIME DAYS
Flexible hours, ideally during the work week. average 5-8 hours per week
Attend a series of training session options to educate our Community Ambassadors in our five lines of service.
