The Senior Program Volunteer will be responsible for creating and overseeing the activites of the Senior Breakfast program every Monday.
Duties:
- Report at 8am to set up and prepare snacks and activities every Monday morning
- Organize, explain and delegate duties to other volunteers
- Develop activity calendar
- Handle multiple taks
- Keep seniors' contact information
- Keep in touch with seniors who are ill
- Worth with staff on Senior Christmas Program
Requirements:
- Be diplomatic and patient with seniors and volunteers
- Have leadership skills
- Be welcoming and caring
- Spanish speaking is a plus
- Self-motivated and creative

CCA was started in 1973 by seven young adults in a Bible study group committed to volunteer efforts in order to create a stronger community. Today, we continue to rely on volunteers to help us do our daily work and are blessed by the generosity of all of our many volunteers. From answering phones and assisting with mailings, to working the checkout in CCA's Food Pantry, to serving as a doctor or nurse in our health center, CCA is a wonderful place for individuals, businesses and organizations to give generously of their time, talents and compassion.
