Energetic and outgoing adults are being recruited to help the Emergency Center Department provide support and assistance for patients and families during their Emergency Department experience.

Ability to display compassion, maturity, and ability to communicate diplomatically. Works with Charge RN, physician and pods to identify long wait times and unexpected delays or wait times. Assist patient in family communications during this time. Ability to work with patients, managers and clients of various age groups, with sensitivity to cultural and religious beliefs.
