27th ANNUAL HEADDRESS BALL PRODUCTION VOLUNTEER POSITIONS
We are currently seeking enthusiastic people to assist with the Technical
aspects of Headdress Ball.
We are looking to fill the following positions:
Load-In (afternoon/evening shifts): Thursday, September 15th, 2016
* Unloading Equipment from trucks
* Setting up the Ballrooms for Lighting, Audio and Video
Load-In (daytime shifts): Friday, September 16th, 2016
* Set-up for Pre-Party and After Party
Load-Out (overnight shifts): Saturday, September17th, 2016
* Loading out the Equipment from ballrooms
* Striking all lighting and video equipment
* Striking after party area
If you work one of the strike/load-out shifts, you are welcome to come early
to enjoy the show before your shift!
Your participation will give you great experience, the ability to work with a
highly skilled production team and lots of fun!
