The Educator Expo is a community connection event designed to connect educators to local organizations that offer educational resources. As a volunteer, you'll be working on our hospitality committee to prepare and run the event.
Come volunteer when you're available.
Volunteer Jobs:
- Event Prep at City Hall 1 Week Prior to Event From 9 AM - 5 PM
- Event Setup from 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM
- Registration Desk from 3:30 PM - 6 PM
- Refreshment Station from 3:30 PM - 6 PM
- Communication Floaters from 3:30 PM - 6 PM
- Door Monitors from 3:30 PM - 6 PM
- Event Cleanup from 6 PM - 6:30 PM

Description
The Community Services Department offers public education on environmental programs and provides staff support to the Keep Allen Beautiful board.
Volunteers are needed year round to participate in various public education events as support. This is a wonderful opportunity for those interested in environmental public education and students seeking scholarship opportunities.
We work with people of all ages and backgrounds, community groups, and local businesses.
