AVON 39 The Walk to End Breast Cancer is looking for volunteers to help staff our event this year. We'll be having the walk and looking for Volunteers from Friday, September 11th - Sunday, September 13th.

On Friday, September 11th we need volunteers to help run Check-In Friday where participants come to pick up their check-in materials, hand in donations and kick off the weekend. Projects include: computer work, greeting, handing out fundraising rewards and many more!
On Saturday, September 12th we will need help both at our Opening Ceremony and in our Basecamp 39 (oernight camp area) getting set up and welcoming the walkers! Projects include: helping with gear and tents, set up, clean up, and hospitality.
On Sunday, September 13th we need people to help at Basecamp 39 seeing the walkers off and getting cleaned up as well as at the Closing Ceremony where we’ll celebrate the participant’s accomplishments and give the donations to the beneficiaries!

For 2 days and 39 miles, everyone who has been touched by breast cancer touches you - in gratitude. Your participation in the AVON 39 events - as a Walker, a Crew Member, a Volunteer or a Donor - will allow medically underserved women and men to be treated giving them access to the care they require. And hard-working research teams will be powered by the funds they need to fuel their quest for the cure.
