Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Carnation Farmers Market! Volunteering with CFM is a great way to get involved with your community and to ensure that we can continue to enjoy the bounty of a thriving Farmers Market! There is always room for more great folks on the CFM Volunteer Crew so don’t be shy-- sign up or just come on down and check it out! Our Market is on Tuesdays from 3-7pm May-Oct in the heart of downtown Carnation. There are a few different ways to get involved, most of which have the option of being one-time or regular volunteer positions:

1.) Volunteer with Setup (starts at 1pm, we aim to be setup by 2:45pm at the latest. can be one-time or recurring) tasks include hanging banners, setting up tents, tables, signs, children’s activities, etc

2.) Volunteer as a Market Ambassador during Market (this can be for as little as 30min or up to a few hours. one-time or recurring) tasks vary from helping with children's activities to staffing the info booth to organizing the Market storage

3.) Volunteer with Breakdown (starts at 7pm and goes until about 8pm. can be one-time or recurring)

4.) Volunteer with behind-the-scenes ie flyering, writing content for newsletter, doing graphic design, tabling at events,etc (can be one-time or recurring, time commitments vary based on activities)

If you decide at the last minute that you have time to help that day, you can just show up and check in at the Market info booth, we’re always happy to have extra hands and there is always something to do!
