Experienced Foster Homes Wanted!
Our Mission - To aid homeless, abandoned and neglected dogs, to nurture them in volunteer foster homes, provide them with training, socialization and medical care, and to find them permanent, loving and responsible homes.
Wanted - Ruff Start Dog Rescue-IL is looking for some experienced foster homes. We rescue all breeds, sizes, and ages. We do complete vetting on them and have a minimum of a 2 week period at the foster homes. Once our dogs are cleared medically, they can go to their forever homes. If you have been a foster parent before please apply today and we will get back in touch with you! We will supply everything for the dog - from food to harnesses, bowls, leashes as well as preventatives. All you need to provide is love and shelter for these babies. A 100% volunteer run rescue, New Start Dog Rescue of Illinois is also committed to decreasing the number of unwanted companion animals through spay/neuter programs and education. We are a 501c3 approved foster based dog rescue based out of the western suburbs of the Chicagoland area.
