Tigard Public Library
Come see us to volunteer or check out a book!

Tigard Public Library is looking for a Tech Help Volunteer to run an ongoing weekly program at the library. This volunteer is tech savvy, and comfortable poking around to find answers. The volunteer does not need to be a master in every tech avenue, but does need to feel comfortable answering basic questions and finding solutions.
Typical question include: questions about Internet use, Windows programs, and tasks associated with online activity (such as setting up an e-mail account, learning how to download books, creating a resume in Word, basic file management, printing, and saving data) in a digital environment.
Shifts will be 1 - 2 hours recurring weekly anytime between Tuesday and Saturday.
Please reach out to Katie Nelson at KatherineN@Tigard-OR.gov if interested!
