We have a number of needs at this event that helps us raise money for Central Texans with HIV/AIDS. After finishing volunteering everyone gets to take part in the party! 21 and over.
First we need greeters to stand at the front door, ask for donations, and direct silent auction bidders to the sign-in table.
Next we need check-in volunteers to help bidders check-in on Greater Giving. Basic computer literacy and a brief training in the technology beforehand is necessary.
We need silent auction monitors to help bidders with Mobile Bidding. Brief training in the technology beforehand is necessary.
Finally we need a few volunteers to help us take down our tables and unsold items and put everything in our van.
