the primary function of htis volunteer position is to prepare nutrition rooms on all patient floors (ICU, CCU, Med-surg, Ortho, Surgery, Peds) all nutrition rooms on 1st floor (ER, SDS, Women's Services, NICU, OR) and any other areas deemed necessary. This would involve mostly walking and physical ability to reach.

To create a warm and friendly atmopshere. To help ease the stress of a hospital visit and provide a source of comfort. To provide direct and indirect service and support to patients, family, patrons and staff. Help foster a good relationship between the hospital and the public. Promote volunteering in conjunction with the objectives of the hospital. Serve in various departments, carry on activities that may be requested of us by the board, and raise money in accordance with hospital policies.
