Gilbert House Children’s Museum is breaking new ground as we host local Makers during Salem Mini Maker Faire! This festival will provide a unique opportunities for members of our community to celebrate arts, crafts, engineering, science projects and the Do-It-Yourself (DIY) mindset. Salem Mini Maker Faire will take place at Gilbert House Children’s Museum, which is located in Salem’s Riverfront Park. This festival-like event will include booths where Makers can provide activities and demonstrations, open areas for larger-scale demonstrations, and hands-on educational activities that are provided by Gilbert House volunteers.
