Do you enjoy organizing dinner parties, holiday celebrations or family events? Do you have experience in sales? Do you like building community support or raising or awareness for some kind of cause (political, social, etc.)? Do you enjoy meeting new people who share your interests or values? Do you see yourself as a leader or potential leader?
If you answered "Yes" or "No, but I’d LOVE to try my hand at this", then you might want to consider becoming a member of one of our event committees. As a committee member, you can...
... Identify individuals, businesses or organizations who can support the children and adults of McGuire Memorial
... Solicit in-kind contributions for door prizes, silent auctions and live auctions
... Make phone calls to potential or existing friends of McGuire Memorial
... Lead a group of friends, co-workers, neighbors or family members in planning and implementing your own fundraiser for McGuire Memorial
... Sell tickets or ads
... Help plan logistics or promotions for a variety of special events (link to special events page)
Contact us (link to jlewisandrews@mcguirememorial.org) and we will match your personal or professional interests and goals to a rewarding volunteer experience where you can make a difference in the lives of the "Entrusted Treasures" of McGuire Memorial.
