Gymnastic coaches will teach students gymnastics skills like walking and pushing with arms and hands, tumbling, lifting, bending, and standing.

Dance coaches will teach students different styles of dance and techniques.

Flexible schedule!

Mats will be provided for gymnastics and staff will be present.
