Assists life coaches by scanning and/or entering in client demographic information, case management notes, progress, alerts and provided assistance into Charity Tracker (CT).
Can be done from home, office or at drop-in center (DC) - anywhere confidentiality can be maintained
Assistant must pick up forms to be scanned/entered into CT if not completing at DC
All data must be entered prior to the next open drop-in center date o Open Tuesday - all client data must be entered before the following Thursday o Open Thursday - all client data must be entered before the following Tuesday
Requires computer and internet connection
Typing and computer related skills required
Training is provided

Description
Kids In Crisis-Intervention Team (KIC-IT) is a non profit organization that seeks to help the youth of Johnson County, ages 16-25, who are homeless or at risk of being homeless. The KIC-IT drop in center provides emergency food, hygeine items, rent/utility assistance, staffing/food pantry/mental health referrals, and much needed one on one counseling from trained life coaches. The drop in center is open every Tuesday and Thursday from 5-6:30 and a hot meal is provided each day for anyone who wants to come in.
