PLACEMENT PURPOSE
The Chapter Disaster Dispatcher provides the critical link between the public or emergency services personnel and the Red Cross Disaster Action Teams when local emergencies that need Red Cross support occur. The Dispatcher will deploy disaster services staff to home fires and other disasters. They will assist the Red Cross in delivering their mission to provide relief to victims of disaster and help prevent, prepare for, and respond to emergencies.
OPEN TIME DAYS
Available to answer calls 24hrs a day during his/her shift.
