Volunteer tutors work under the direction of a classroom teacher. During class time they work with individuals or small groups of students who need extra help with reading, writing, math, or English language acquisition (vocabulary, pronunciation, etc.) Volunteers trained in helping people with dyslexia are particularly needed. We also have a Microsoft Office course. (You will only be asked to tutor subjects with which you are comfortable.)
