MLS has been formed by clients, staff, and volunteers from a different background in life. However, we are part of Migration & Legal Services to achieve the mission by working together. As a team, we will touch lives every day, in a great and small way. Therefore, we are committed to serving families, and individuals with dignity. MLS is devoted to being client services and provide low-cost legal services in the United States, with two branches in Naples, Florida and New York City, NY. MLS has been composed by passionate people who provide legal services to disable people, seniors, workers, and others with an active approach to serving and to solve their legal problems. Migration & Legal Services (MLS) engages in the provision of direct legal services to immigrants in need in both offices (Naples, FL & New York City, NY). MLS provides a broad range of immigration legal services, including, family-based immigration, and deportation defense as well as immigration employment based, domestic violence representation, asylum assistance and representation, citizenship classes, family law, and education.

Description

MLS provides professional legal services in civil matters to law-income people in Naples, Florida and New York City, NY in the following:

• Immigration services and representation before USCIS and immigration court (EOIR)
• Domestic Violence Representation
• Providing advice or referral information when we cannot provide representation
• Providing legal education through community workshops, helplines and written materials

MLS principal practice area is immigration representation to low-income people who are not able to afford a private attorney. MLS respond the needs of the population effectively in two offices located in Naples, Florida, and New York City, NY.
