Leadership Team: Serve as a committee Chairman; make program decisions; meet monthly.
Fundraising Chair: Contact prospective and current sponsors; make presentations to interested organizations; organize fundraising events.
Volunteer Chair: Plan and organize work parties; plan recognition events; recruit new volunteers.Collection Boxes & Sites Chair: Contact current and prospective Sites; prepare collection boxes to delivery to Sites; pick up collection boxes at end of Drive; send thank you letters to all participants.
Computer Program Users: update computer program with current information for each school and contact person, school supplies and inventory; print out all orders to be filled.
Inventory Chair: make sure inventory records match with actual inventory; keep records up to date; give copy of latest inventory count to SHAKE Chair.
Jobs that are done by all of the SHAKE volunteers: Sorting donated school supplies. Count school supplies and complete inventory form.Pack boxes of supplies to be delivered to schools. Deliver boxes to schools.Help SHAKE Chair and Leadership Team in special events or miscellaneous projects.
