Reach Your Potential USA is starting a new program which will work to reduce biases and discrimination against individuals with disabilities in the workplace. The program will involve providing businesses throughout New Jersey with training and resources to make their employees more aware of what is like to live with various types of disabilities and how to be more welcoming to employees with disabilities. We are seeking volunteers to assist with developing and running the program. Volunteers must have access to reliable transportation and be willing to attend meetings in New Brunswick, NJ.
