Volunteers needed to assist with the first annual Fresh Futures Talent Showcase & Art Exhibit at the St. John's Episcopal Church on Friday, July 24. We are looking for dedicated community leaders to serve in the following roles:
- Backstage Management/Supervision
- Production Planning/Event Design (Staging, Sound, Lights, Timing, etc..)
- Food Service & Sales (Concessions)
- Assisting students with Stage Fright
- Ticket sales & Collection at the door
- Judging
- Securing Prizes & sponsors
- Setup & Cleanup
- Coordinate Appreciation gifts
The volunteer committee will meet 1 hour a week, bi-weekly and will also to serve during the event on July, 24.
