PLACEMENT PURPOSE
The American Red Cross - Cascades Region invites college students, recent graduates and future leaders from diverse backgrounds to join us in a variety of internship opportunities. Our internships give people a chance to apply their education and experience to hands-on projects that contribute to the mission of the Red Cross - to prevent and alleviate human suffering in the face of emergencies. Interns are given real-work experience and are provided guided mentorship. Interns will have the opportunity to engage in all facets of the organization to get a broad understanding of our Humanitarian, Biomedical and Health & Safety services. In addition, we are willing to work with you to customize or create a position that will meet your academic needs and/or allow you to explore a potential career.
OPEN TIME DAYS
1 semester minimum; 2 semesters preferred.｠ 8-16 hours per week preferred.
